You will be the sole lead on-site, requiring a leader who is comfortable working autonomously and managing the "day-to-day" site items while maintaining a high-level strategic view.
Project Specifics:
- Phase 1: Immediate start on two blocks.
- Phase 2: Third block running in parallel through the Gateway 2 process.
- System: Rainscreen Cladding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership: Act as the primary lead on-site, managing all daily operations and ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in Façade/Building Envelope projects, specifically Rainscreen or Re-Clad systems.

- Communication: A straight-talking, "rough and ready" approach balanced with the ability to present professionally to clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in Temporary Works and the coordination of multiple internal and external trades.
