Job Description Title: Project Director

The Role: As Project Director, you will be responsible to lead and deliver exceptional project success. Success in project profitability, client satisfaction, product quality and team engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Operations Director with production of project strategy, budgeting and plan as well as the implementation of the same

• To work alongside our pre-construction team on key opportunities identified, providing guidance and knowledge of the facade industry to assist in the project quoting stages

• To work and share information, on a day-to-day basis, with the project team and supply chain in view of achieving the optimum overall result for your project(s)

• To read, understand, direct and generally operate in accordance with a variety of basic forms of contractual documents & processes relative to our customers and supply chain.

• To direct and lead the team in line with the project programmes including regular progressing and quality reports against base-lined information.

• Responsibility for all client-side project stakeholder satisfaction in the performance of the company at project level

• To assist in de-risking your project via key schedules and targets and the communication and coordination of all measures taken in the implementation of this.

• To have responsibility for the profit generated for each of your projects and the delivery of this.

• To proactively contribute and provide key feedback, ideas for improvement and development as well as assist in the implementation of any company development & strategies.

• To implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and Safety

• Ensuring the site operatives observe and protect the surrounding environment in proximity to all projects, protecting flora and fauna, minimising noise pollution and preventing disposal of harmful substances into public drainage, ensuring minimal disruption to the public.

• To work directly primarily with your team but also with our clients, architects, contractors and supply chain members to achieve the required project results

• You will need to be able to report regularly to the Operations Director and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all project team members.
