The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading, coordinating, and securing high-quality, profitable bids from opportunity stage through to formal tender submission and internal Handover. This role is central to the initial customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading external client communications
- Overseeing the tender process
- Allocating works packages to the estimating team
- Coordinating input from the Technical, Operations, Commercial and Finance teams
- Managing vendor and subcontractor quotations
The aim is to ensure that every bid is:
