About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our growing business. This is a hands-on, support-focused role where you’ll work closely with the Operations Director and wider team to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. From coordinating office logistics to supporting finance admin and internal initiatives, you’ll play a key part in enabling the business to operate effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the detail, staying organised, and supporting others to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Health & Safety & Workplace
    • Supporting workplace health & safety processes and documentation
    • Helping ensure the office is safe, organised, and compliant
    • Assisting with basic workplace checks and audit readiness
  • Office & Operations
    • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
    • Coordinating supplies, equipment, and facilities
    • Managing meeting rooms and general office organisation
    • Supporting onboarding setup for new starters
    • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Administration & Finance Support
    • Raising sales invoices and supporting purchase invoice processes
    • Maintaining organised records and documentation
    • Supporting reporting and general business admin
    • Assisting with finance queries and weekly reporting prep
  • Employee Experience
    • Supporting internal events, socials, and initiatives
    • Helping create a positive, well-run office environment
    • Assisting with wider business projects where needed
