Project Specifics:
- Phase 1: Immediate start on two blocks.
- Phase 2: Third block running in parallel through the Gateway 2 process.
- System: Rainscreen Cladding.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Act as the primary lead on-site, managing all daily operations and ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.
- Trade Coordination: Act as the Principal Contractor (PC) on-site; coordinate and manage all subcontractors including scaffolders, electricians, plumbers, and façade fitters.
- Temporary Works: Oversee and manage all temporary works requirements on-site.
- Resident & Client Liaison: Act as the professional face of Eire Facades, managing resident communications and presenting project updates to the client.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of H&S compliance and quality installation, maintaining rigorous site records.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in Façade/Building Envelope projects, specifically Rainscreen or Re-Clad systems.
