We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the success of high-value external projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage live external projects (£200k-£3m) from handover to completion.
2. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
3. Ensure health & safety compliance and high-quality standards.
4. Manage subcontractors, site access, and installation planning.
5. Build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Strong understanding of construction installations and contract management.
3. Ability to manage multiple budgets and deliver projects on time.
4. CSCS Black Card and relevant construction qualifications are desirable.
5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
