We are seeking a high-calibre Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to lead a significant Re-Clad project in Bedford. The project consists of three residential blocks. You will be the sole lead on-site, requiring a leader who is comfortable working autonomously and managing the "day-to-day" site items while maintaining a high-level strategic view.
Project Specifics:
- Phase 1: Immediate start on two blocks.
- Phase 2: Third block running in parallel through the Gateway 2 process.
- System: Rainscreen Cladding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership: Act as the primary lead on-site, managing all daily operations and ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.
- Trade Coordination: Act as the Principal Contractor (PC) on-site; coordinate and manage all subcontractors including scaffolders, electricians, plumbers, and façade fitters.
- Temporary Works: Oversee and manage all temporary works requirements on-site.
- Resident & Client Liaison: Act as the professional face of Eire Facades, managing resident communications and presenting project updates to the client.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of H&S compliance and quality installation, maintaining rigorous site records.

- Experience: Proven track record in Façade/Building Envelope projects, specifically Rainscreen or Re-Clad systems.
