The Lighthouse is a trauma-informed and attachment-based independent school that provides bespoke educational experiences in a nurturing environment. Our first Ofsted report rated us as a Good school with outstanding behaviour and personal development.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspiring teacher/Instructor. Ideally, you will be a qualified teacher but we are more interested in how you communicate with students who have experienced trauma and gaps in their education. Can you inspire them? Can you connect with them? If so, we would love to hear from you, regardless of your qualifications and experience. Qualifications/Skills - Desired
