We are The Light, delivering a unique, immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 UK locations. We bring people together to enjoy great films, friendly service, and a brilliant atmosphere — all under one roof. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Cinema Team Members to join our crew. Whether you’re helping guests at the tills, serving snacks, or getting the screens ready, as a Cinema Team Member you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team that makes every visit special.
