This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for leading and delivering marketing activity across both The Light and All Star Lanes. A core part of the role will be shaping how we bring our leisure offer to life. This includes a mix of established activities and newer experiences, each with different audiences, occasions and growth potential. You will work across multiple brands, audiences and propositions, ensuring activity is well planned, joined up and delivered to a high standard, while helping to build stronger awareness and engagement across our leisure offer. You will be expected to take ownership of key areas of activity, working across teams to drive plans forward and ensure delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan and deliver marketing across key trading periods
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end, from concept to review
  • Ensure leisure is consistently represented across all activity
  • Develop and promote leisure offers, boosting awareness and engagement
  • Tailor experiences to different audiences and occasions
  • Shape positioning, packaging and messaging
  • Monitor campaigns and activities
  • Use data to identify improvements and optimise performance
  • Feed insights into future planning
  • Take a joined-up view of the customer journey
  • Improve discovery, booking and overall experience with digital and site teams
  • Work closely with operations, sales and digital teams
  • Build strong relationships with site teams
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Experience in a marketing role within a multi-site or customer-focused business within hospitality, entertainment or retail sector
  • Understanding the challenges and opportunities in competitive socialising sector
  • Strong campaign planning and delivery experience
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use data and insight to inform decisions
  • Confident working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Good judgement and attention to detail
  • An interest in experience-led, leisure or hospitality environments
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
