We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Kitchen Manager to join All Star Lanes. You’ll lead the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality food offering within a fast-paced, high-energy venue.

The Role

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen - setting standards, leading by example, and driving performance on every shift. With a proven background in managing successful kitchens, you’ll combine a passion for great food with strong leadership and sound commercial awareness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with fresh food in a branded restaurant or gastro-pub setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to manage GP and labour in line with budgets
  • A clear focus on training, developing, and motivating kitchen teams
