Base pay range: Pay will be based on skills and experience.
About the Role: Team Leader is a hands‑on role supporting the team across food & beverage and leisure operations. You will lead during busy shifts, ensure smooth service, and help guests have a fun, safe, and memorable time whether they’re grabbing a bite or scaling a climbing wall.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support the team during shifts across food & beverage and leisure areas
- Ensure exceptional service is delivered at the bar, kitchen, and on the floor
- Help guests take part in activities confidently and safely, offering guidance when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all areas
- Help train, support, and motivate new and existing team members
- Handle guest feedback professionally and positively
- Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for both team and guests
About You:
- Leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or a fast‑paced customer‑facing role
- Friendly, confident, and able to lead by example
- Passionate about great service in both food and leisure settings
- Calm and organised when things get busy
- Excellent communicator who works well with others
- Comfortable helping guests with leisure activities and encouraging them to get involved
- Flexible to work various shifts – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
