How we will keep you busy:
- As a point of contact for our customers you will be in charge of the bookings from initial enquiry to completion of planning.
- You will be the mastermind behind planning and executing events that leave lasting impressions.
- Invoice, deposits and payments management - frequent communication with Management, Head of Sales and Finance team.
- Accountable for developing detailed event plans, timelines and schedules.
- Overseeing timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with event & operation teams to ensure proper set-up, staffing and support for each event.
- Leverage your initiative to drive customer outreach, implement diverse sales techniques and approaches to maximize results.
- Provide assistance to the Head of Sales during site visits, ensuring seamless experience for clients and showcasing our venue potential.
- Develop a creative and strategic approach to enrich site calendar as well as design and implement a comprehensive 30/60/90-day event program, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, new movie releases and site-specific objectives.
