About You

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in cinema
  • A friendly and confident people person
  • Able to support, motivate, and lead by example
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment
  • Passionate about film and delivering brilliant service
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
  • Take the lead on shift, helping to coordinate day-to-day operations
  • Make sure everything runs smoothly and safely across the cinema
  • Help train and support new team members
  • Keep things clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times
  • Step in to handle any issues or guest feedback with confidence and care
