The Light Bar is located in a historic Victorian power station built in 1893. Opened in April 2021, it spans three floors and offers a modern British dining experience. Our menu focuses on seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers. Guests can also enjoy a curated drinks list featuring high-quality producers.
The Light Bar is seeking a full-time Bartender for our on-site location in London. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining an organized and clean bar area, and engaging with guests to provide excellent customer service. The Bartender will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport with guests and team members
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service and Bartending techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality is a plus
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the bar and restaurant industry
