The Head of Estates will provide senior operational leadership and drive compliance and consistency of process across Estates management including: health and safety, sustainability reporting, and fleet management across LTC Education Group’s schools including line management of the Estates Manager at each school. This is a new role due to growth.

Essentials for this role include:

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Estates Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or related fields.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
  • Membership of relevant professional body e.g. RICS CIOB.
  • In depth knowledge of estates and compliance legislation.
  • Full Clean U.K. driver’s licence.
  • Proven experience of senior estates management across multiple sites including fleet.
