We are seeking a Graduate Boarding Assistant to support the smooth running of a Boarding House. The job is designed to give a recent graduate an opportunity to gain experience of living and working in a boarding school environment, perhaps prior to embarking on a PGCE, or to taking up a full teaching position.
We are seeking confident, resilient, well-rounded personalities with good flexibility to be able to adapt to changing circumstances to fulfil the role which will comprise primarily of house duties, administration, and boarding activities. Most of these duties take place before and after the academic school day (9am-4pm) and at weekends. During curriculum time there may be the opportunity to assist with sport, music, or other duties and any aspects of the school life in which the individuals have a particular interest or expertise; this will be at the discretion of the Head of Boarding
