We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who is a highly organised and reliable individual to provide administrative and governance support to the Chair of Governors and the Governing Boards for 5 schools.
Responsibilities include:
- Organising and supporting governing board meetings
- Preparing agendas and papers
- Taking accurate minutes
- Maintaining governance records
- Acting as a key point of contact for Governors
- Ensuring meetings run smoothly and that the governing board operates efficiently and in line with governance requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent Personal Assistant skills preferably including shorthand
- Organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in administrative or governance support is desirable but not essential
- Full clean UK Driver’s licence
This is a full time, 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year role based at our LVS Ascot school. We offer flexible working, competitive salary & benefits package. Closing date for applications is 29th May 2026. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
