The Head of Estates will provide senior operational leadership and drive compliance and consistency of process across Estates management including: health and safety, sustainability reporting, and fleet management across LTC Education Group’s schools including line management of the Estates Manager at each school. This is a new role due to growth.
Essentials for this role include:
- Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Estates Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or related fields.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
- Membership of relevant professional body e.g. RICS CIOB.
- In depth knowledge of estates and compliance legislation.
- Full Clean U.K. driver’s licence.
- Proven experience of senior estates management across multiple sites including fleet & transport compliance, management of managers, management of statutory compliance frameworks, collation and presentation of governance reports, energy & utilities data, budgets & contracts.
- Strategic mindset, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.
This is a full time, 52 week a year role based at LVS Ascot. We offer a competitive salary & benefits. Closing date for applications is 15th May 2026. Interviews will be held in May 2026 on an ongoing basis.
