Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to the Charity and LVS Ascot School.
  • Provide a calm, welcoming and professional service to visitors, including trustees, parents, children and staff.
  • Manage calls and visitors concurrently, prioritising as required.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Cover holiday periods of the receptionist and provide bank role coverage when required.

Qualifications

  • Good organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Working Hours & Conditions

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, 52 weeks per year.
  • Uniform provided.
