We are looking for a reliable, organised Kitchen Supervisor to lead our small kitchen team at The Library in Oxton. Our food offering focuses on high-quality small plates, sharing boards and simple dishes done well, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys running a smooth, well-organised kitchen and leading a team with confidence.

Key Details

  • 25 hours per week
  • Evening shifts only (from 5:00pm) Wednesday to Saturday
  • No late nights, finish by 10:00pm

About Us

The Library is a busy, independent wine bar and restaurant in Oxton, known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality drinks, and simple but well-executed food offering. We are a growing business with a strong focus on standards, consistency and team culture.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly each evening, including:

  • Leading a small kitchen team (approx. 3 people)
  • Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a consistent, high standard
  • Managing stock ordering and deliveries
