WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
- Bridging the gap between the team and senior management, using clear, effective and simple communication
- Using imaginative revenue driving ideas to drive the business forward
- You lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development.
- You ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable and driving outstanding hospitality at every opportunity.
- Creative cocktail ideas and champion menu development from your team
- You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and leaving.
- You motivate your team by providing excellent support and training ensuring your team are happy, engaged and full of joy.
- You drive both sales and the business performance by using financial data and planning effectively.
