WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

  • Bridging the gap between the team and senior management, using clear, effective and simple communication
  • Using imaginative revenue driving ideas to drive the business forward
  • You lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development
  • You ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable and driving outstanding hospitality at every opportunity
  • Creative cocktail ideas and champion menu development from your team
  • You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and leaving
  • You motivate your team by providing excellent support and training ensuring your team are happy, engaged and full of joy
  • You drive both sales and the business performance by using financial data and planning effectively
  • Be obsessed with learning, pushing for your own development and career progression
  • Having fun, laughing a lot and bringing the good vibes
