We are seeking a capable and dynamic Head of Mathematics who will inspire our pupils in the classroom, support and motivate colleagues in the department and contribute to the pastoral and wider curriculum life of our day and boarding school provision. It is expected that the appointee will be an engaging teacher with a proven track record of establishing high expectations and obtaining excellent outcomes for pupils across KS3 to KS5.
This post would suit an experienced Head of Department seeking a change in scenery, or an ambitious teacher who would like to gain experience of middle leadership through leading a supportive and experienced department. We are ideally seeking a candidate who will start in September 2026, although we may be able to consider a January 2027 start for an exceptional candidate.
