We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy School Office team and provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management Team. This is a varied and pivotal role within the department, involving diary management, event and training coordination, and general school administration. The role also involves leading key compliance aspects, including residential trip administration and ensuring UKVI compliance with boarders' transport arrangements. Support to the Heads of Phases (6th form and Years 9‑11) and the Careers Lead will also be required.
Responsibilities
- Diary management and scheduling for the Senior Management Team
- Organisation of events, training sessions, and school-wide activities
- General administrative duties for the school office
- Lead key compliance aspects such as residential trip administration
- Ensure UKVI compliance with boarders' transport arrangements
- Provide support to Heads of Phases and the Careers Lead as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in a school context

A six‑month probationary period will apply, and evidence of eligibility to work in the UK is required.
