The Lewisham Care Partnership is seeking a Care Navigator to be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will assist patients with appointment scheduling and provide information about available services, working in both our call center and practice sites.

Qualifications include GCSE education and relevant care training. This part-time position offers a maximum of 37.5 hours a week, with a focus on healthcare service excellence.
