Mission: To provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to every guest, ensuring their journey from check-in to check-out is seamless, memorable, and reflective of a five-star experience.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver a personalized 5-star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention to detail from arrival to departure.
- Deliver a warm, personalized welcome and create memorable guest experiences.
- Manage check-in and check-out efficiently using Opera and PDQ systems.
- Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with elegance.
- Support loyalty programs and encourage guest engagement with Melia Rewards.
- Ensure data privacy, safety, and compliance with all hotel protocols.
- Be flexible and proactive, contributing to a seamless team operation.
