Mission

As a Food & Beverage Assistant in The Level, you will deliver a premium, personalised dining experience for VIP and The Level guests. You will support the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring service excellence, attention to detail, and adherence to Meliá brand standards.

Key Responsibilities – Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to The Level and VIP guests
  • Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a professional and attentive approach at all times
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Assist guests with menu selections and promote additional sales
  • Take and deliver orders efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and serve beverages and assist with food preparation as required
  • Anticipate guest preferences and exceed expectations whenever possible
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service flow

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or a luxury hospitality environment (preferred)
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for premium service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
