In addition to working directly with landlords, The Letting Shop supports some of the region's leading Estate Agents by handling property management and compliance tasks. Our expertise ensures a seamless process for property owners and professionals alike.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bristol for a Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing landlord-tenant interactions, assisting prospective tenants, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and preparing tenancy agreements
- Managing property inquiries
- Handling viewings
- Ensuring compliance with property regulations
- Working closely with clients and helping landlords maximize their investments
Qualifications:
