Role Summary
The HR Director position will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy for The Letting Partnership, ensuring alignment with Moatable’s global HR framework while meeting the needs of the UK business. This is a senior, strategic position that blends hands-on HR leadership with high-level partnership across global and local teams. The postholder will act as the UK’s lead HR expert, driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance, and culture, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and alignment with Moatable’s global standards. Working closely with the US-based VP of HR and the UK senior leadership team, this role will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the full employee lifecycle. From leading organisational change and embedding company values, to overseeing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, the HR Director will be instrumental in building a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
