We’re now looking for an experienced Property Manager (or Property Expert as we call them!) to join our friendly and supportive team.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, delivering a professional, flexible and responsive service to both landlords and tenants. You’ll thrive under pressure, enjoy liaising with multiple parties, and take pride in resolving both planned and reactive issues - always delivering outstanding customer service in an honest, informed and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Handling reactive and planned issues efficiently
- Resolving conflicts and queries with empathy and professionalism
- Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- 1-2 years’ Property Management experience (minimum)
- Experience using Fixflo (advantageous)
- Propertymark Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (desirable - full funding provided if not already held)
- Up to £33,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Up to £600 quarterly bonus (OTE)
- 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), with additional gifted days over the festive period
- Hybrid working (2 days from home per week)
