You know how to win instructions, let properties and manage your portfolio. You enjoy the job but not the cap on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone elseâs business. Earnings: Let four properties per month and earn over ÂŁ70,000 in your first year. Receive 70% of the letting fees and property management fees. Based on an average rent of ÂŁ1,325 per month.
