You know how to win instructions, let properties and manage your portfolio. You enjoy the job but not the cap on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone elseâs business. What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?
Earnings: Let four properties per month and earn over ÂŁ70,000 in your first year. Receive 70% of the letting fees and property management fees. Based on an average rent of ÂŁ1,325 per month.
