The Leprosy Mission Great Britain (TLMGB) is the world's largest leprosy-focused charity, working across nine countries across Africa and Asia to defeat leprosy and transform lives. We are looking for a relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Executive to join TLMGB's Fundraising Team. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you'll build meaningful relationships with major donors, create compelling proposals and stewardship plans, and inspire supporters to deepen their engagement with TLMGB's mission and impact.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with major donors and prospects, helping to grow philanthropic income and create lasting support for TLM's life-changing work.
  • Create compelling proposals, tailored communications and inspiring cases for support that bring TLM's impact to life and connect supporters to the mission.
  • Deliver an exceptional donor experience through thoughtful stewardship, supporter engagement and opportunities to see the impact of giving firsthand, including overseas visits.
  • Play a key role within the Partnerships Team, supporting colleagues, deputising for the Partnerships Manager and contributing to TLMGB's collaborative Christian culture and mission.

Location: Hybrid – Peterborough office 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), up to 3 days home working with travel nationally and abroad.
