The Role
Working independently during night shifts, the role supports the smooth running of events by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across conference rooms, storerooms, and associated areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean meeting rooms, including tables, floors, windows, and equipment; ensure cables and bins are tidy.
- Set up flipcharts, pens, pads; check clocks, blinds, lights, and Wi-Fi notices.
- Provide water and glasses; maintain coffee stations; assist with lunch service; clean and restock as needed.
- Wash and store crockery and utensils; clean dishwashers, surfaces, and floors; empty bins.
- Keep storerooms organised, restocked, and secure.
