The Lensbury, located on the Banks of the River Thames in Teddington, is seeking a Reception Manager to lead the Members’ and Lockside Reception teams. You will ensure a warm, professional welcome and seamless service, supporting the Leisure Operations Manager and training staff to uphold our high standards.
As the face of the Club, you will manage member inquiries, records, stock, and cross-department collaboration to maximise member experience, while driving KPI reporting.
