The Lensbury is seeking a Head Racquets Professional to lead the club’s racquets programme and coaching operation at its Teddington site. You will develop annual strategy, ensure high‑quality coaching across all racquets activities, and act as the main point of contact for racquets within the club.
You will manage coaches and liaise with the GM to grow participation, drive performance, and maintain facilities to the highest standards.
