The Role
- Reporting to and working closely with the Food and Beverage management team to fully understand all duties and communicate day to day changes.
- Assist with opening and closing down of all food and beverage areas, ensuring areas are ready for service and are cleaned down and secure at the end of each shift.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Stay updated on current food and drink trends and new menu items.
- Carry out duties in all F&B areas, including Banqueting and Member's Lounge when required.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service.
