The Lensbury is seeking a Chef de Partie to work across our all day Restaurant and Banqueting kitchens. You will report to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, running your section with focus on high quality and consistency in food preparation.
You will need a strong culinary background, excellent organisation, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, including mentoring junior staff and contributing to seasonal menus.
