About us Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds. The Role As our IT Manager, you will support the smooth running of all hospitality applications, liaise with third parties where required, and act as escalation when necessary. Benefits Free meals whilst on duty Staff Discounts at The Lensbury and across the L+R portfolio Use of some leisure facilities, including gym & swimming pool (after successful 30 day review) Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family (including 24/7 helpline) Online benefits portal offering lots of discounts across some major brands Fully funded Apprenticeship opportunities Excellent training and development opportunities Staff Awards and Social events throughout the year Cycle to work scheme Free parking Paid annual leave of 28 days including public holidays Refer a Friend programme Key Responsibilities Provide a high level of technical support and assistance to all colleagues and guests when required; Troubleshoot system and network problems by diagnosing and solving faults; Liaise with external support providers to ensure complex faults are resolved effectively; Build, configure, and setup all computers for staff; Perform new user on boarding tasks, and system inductions; Configure, support and troubleshoot servers, printers, mobile and desk phones; Ensure Active Directory, Security Groups, and User Permissions are accurately up to date; Assist the Hotel and third parties, in delivering and implementing new services; Responsible for ensuring all technical documentation is kept up to date and ensuring all IT policies are properly followed; Maintain inventory records of all Hotel IT equipment; Maintain and review all compliance requirements around Cyber security and GDPR. The role is Monday to Friday business hours, but a good degree of flexibility is required to a support a 24/7 business. What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values: Knowledge of administering Microsoft solutions including MS 365 Proven experience with Desktop & Server admin across the Microsoft stack. Experience working with IT Security & Network infrastructure. Overall appreciation of end point system security. Overview ISP solutions and connectivity requirements. Experience of Hospitality products such as PMS and POS systems and associated interfaces is essential. Understanding around core IT compliance for GDPR & PCI/DSS etc. Experience in a similar role in a similar environment
