About us Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds. The Role Reporting to and working closely with the Food and Beverage management team to fully understand all duties and communicate day to day changes. Assist with opening and closing down of all food and beverage areas, ensuring areas are ready for service and are cleaned down and secure at the end of each shift Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customer Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Adhere to all safety and health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and ensure proper glassware is used for each drink Stay updated on current food and drink trends and new menu items Carry out duties in all F&B areas, including Banqueting and Member\’s Louge when required What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a waiter/bartender or in a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service What\’s in it for you?
