About Us
Part of Iconic Hotels and Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 156 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating the washing and drying machines
- Organisation of linen including storage, folding and ironing as necessary.
- General cleaning duties in the laundry, washing floors and general tidying.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the Housekeeping department
- Good Health & Safety awareness, training will be given in chemical requirements.
What we are looking for?
- Manual handling is a key requirement of the role.
- Must have working knowledge of laundry
- Previous experience of working with laundry presses is an advantage.
- Good Health & Safety knowledge in chemical use and general risk awareness
- Reliable and good timekeeper with excellent teamwork
