About us

Part of Iconic Hotels and Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

The Role

  • Assist with opening and closing down of all food and beverage areas, ensuring areas are ready for service and are cleaned down and secure at the end of each shift
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Stay updated on current food and drink trends and new menu items
  • Carry out duties in all F&B areas, including Banqueting and Member's Lounge when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
