We will soon be opening the doors to our newly refurbished restaurant and bar at The Lensbury, a contemporary, welcoming space designed to be enjoyed from morning coffee through to evening drinks and relaxed dining. As one of our Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will play a key role in bringing this space to life. This is more than supervising shifts; it’s about setting standards, leading from the floor, and helping shape the member and guest experience in a venue we are incredibly proud of. Set within 25 acres on the banks of the River Thames, The Lensbury combines a 155-bedroom hotel, exclusive leisure club, spa and events spaces, making our food and beverage operation vibrant, varied and fast-paced.
The role: As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our restaurant and bar operation, supporting the F&B management team and leading service across our outlets. You will:
- Take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring every guest experience reflects the quality of our new space.
- Lead, motivate and support the F&B team on shift, setting the tone and leading by example.
- Oversee room and bar set-ups throughout the day, from breakfast through to evening service.
- Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Support menu launches, promotions and special events linked to our relaunch.
- Assist with stock control, cost awareness and minimising waste.
- Work flexibly across outlets to support business peaks and events.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor and takes real pride in delivering great hospitality.

What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Hotel or Members Club setting.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service skills and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Personal Licence holder (preferred but not essential).
