Food & Beverage Assistant

Responsibilities
- Help set up and prepare our food and beverage areas so everything looks spot‑on for service
- Support with closing duties, making sure areas are clean, tidy, and secure at the end of each shift
- Welcome guests, take orders, and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
- Handle payments accurately and confidently
- Work alongside our kitchen team to ensure food is delivered promptly
- Keep up to date with menu changes, new dishes, and drink trends
- Jump into different areas when needed, including banqueting and the Member’s Lounge
Qualifications
- A positive, can‑do attitude and great communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- Team players who are happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, social environment
