The Lennox Partnership is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate individuals to join our We Work for Families (WWFF) team in North Ayrshire!
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week) and Part Time (20 hours per week) positions available
Hybrid Working: Available following an initial 2 months office based.
What's the role all about?
You'll work directly with parents across North Ayrshire, providing personalised support to help them overcome challenges and move towards sustainable employment, education or training.
From building confidence and developing skills to exploring career opportunities and celebrating achievements, you'll play an important part in helping parents create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for helping others
- Can build positive, trusting relationships
- Is confident supporting and motivating people facing challenges
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable working towards targets
- Enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues, employers and local partners
- Experience in employability or support services would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in individuals who bring the right attitude, enthusiasm and people skills!
