We are looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week, engaging residents in activities that improve health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:- One or more sports coaching qualifications.
- Sports Leaders qualification or the ability to obtain within a short period.
- Coaching experience to lead a wide range of high‑quality activities in schools, village halls, care homes, disability groups, mental health charities, clubs and leisure centres.
- Good organisational skills to administer activities and deliver the Local Community Wellbeing Plan.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service and safety in the activities you oversee.
- First Aid at Work, Walks Leader and Chair‑Based Exercise qualifications desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
- Fitness/group exercise qualifications an advantage.
- MUST have a full driving licence.
