At Concord Sports Centre, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious, self‑motivated Exercise Referral Instructor aligned with our mission of 30 minutes of activity, five times a week. The role requires delivering a world‑class customer experience, leading exercise referrals, and driving engagement with clients.
Responsibilities
- Hold a minimum Level 3 exercise referral qualification
- Design, program, monitor, and evaluate exercise plans and conduct health assessments
- Promote the company’s vision and values consistently
- Complete administrative duties and efficiently use telephone and basic computer software systems
- Demonstrate knowledge and passion for health, exercise, and rehabilitation
- Motivate clients to achieve personal exercise goals
- Show empathy and caring towards exercise referral clients
