At Kirkby Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to support health and safety operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage the lifeguard team. The role is aligned with the brand mission of "30 minutes of activity 5 times a week".
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team while fully embracing company values.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre.
- Assume Duty Manager responsibilities when needed.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance.
Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ training provided).
- First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator qualifications (training provided).
- Day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays.
- DBS clearance prior to starting.
