At West Lindsey Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. Your major goal will be to deliver the fitness strategy and be accountable for providing a world‑class experience to our members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the fitness strategy and ensure a world‑class experience for members.
- Lead and develop the fitness team through consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Actively promote the company’s vision and values.
- Serve as a role model within the centre, fostering a fun and friendly environment for colleagues and customers.
- Implement a clear retention strategy and set up key targets for the team.
- Provide accounts oversight and supervise the team.
- Cover working hours across daytime, evening and weekends, and support duty‑manager/key‑holder cover when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Experience managing a comprehensive group exercise programme and personal training.
- Experience with accounts and supervising a team.
